I've just noticed that shorthand on at least 1 character seems to be interfering with job changes.
When switching at the moogle, for example, selecting NIN/WAR, some of my JAs are missing, like provoke, and yonin (but not innin). The missing set is random and can include 2HRs.
The abilities that are hidden from the menu cannot be used at all. Macros trying to use the ability will just say: ... A command error occurred.
Unloading shorthand during job change seems to fix this problem 100% of the time.

Shorthand does not modify any memory aside from ashita API calls, and the only packet modifications performed are on the incoming 0x0AA, which populates known spells and has no impact on JA.
While you claim 'Unloading shorthand during job change seems to fix this problem 100% of the time.', I am inclined to believe this is a conclusion you've jumped to without sufficient evidence. Dat modifications(particularly those that modify menus) may be incorrectly matched with your client version, or your client sided sort order may be corrupt. Both of these are known to cause missing JA. You can solve this by removing dat modifications and deleting your client files responsible for the sort order.
I am closing the issue for now, as it is almost certainly not related to Shorthand. If you'd like to further discuss it, and have evidence to substantiate a relationship between this issue and Shorthand, you may add me on discord(Lolwutt#5531).
