Config file placement not documented or /shh reload does not work #4

I've done /shh export and edited the resulting file Config/Shorthand-Empty.xml.

/shh reload doesn't seem to load this file nor when I rename the file to Shorthand-Charname.xml.

Maybe I'm just not placing the file in the right place which would be fixed with an update to the readme file.

It should be shorthand.xml in the same folder, the generated file is named differently to avoid overwriting someone's settings. I am not updating the plugin, nor the documentation, as effort on v3 has been discontinued.
