Shorthand ignores <stpt>, <stal>, and <st> in all commands; activates on Non-Shorthand commands #2

Any command or macro using the subtarget command fires immediately without confirming the subtarget.

//Curing Waltz stpt, stpc, stal,st causes Curing Waltz to be used on self before a target is chosen.

Shorthand is also activating on non-shorthand/traditional commands.
e.g. ja "Curing Waltz" stpt or ja "Curing Waltz" stal.

Unloading Shorthand allows all subtarget commands to function normally.

I can also confirm this same issue with add-on Shorthand. The issue with <stpc> goes away after unloading this specific plug-in. Please fix when you can, thank you.

e.g. /ma "Cure" <stpc>

Should be fixed, open a new issue if you can recreate it with 2.15.
