Setting the scale of the minimap seems to 'scale' the drag positioning as well. This seems unrelated to issues of the cursor detection of ashita, as this situation is happening specifically when scaled (ie: unscaled the drag works as intended) and exactly to the amount that has been scaled in Minimap's settings.
