Minimap is not showing arrows, or enemy/NPC dots #7

The map itself is loading, as per the first picture. However the frame, player Arrow, NPCs and Enemy dots do not load.

The Configuration editor also only shows up when in a loading screen, or while in the Mog house.

This issue is generally only a thing on AMD GPU's or AMD mobile GPU chips. Some have had success fixing it by using a Direct3D proxy such as dgVoodoo. You can find that here:

Others have also reported rolling back their driver or updating to newer versions has helped/fixed the problem on their end too.

At the moment, since I have no AMD GPU to test with, I am unable to determine the actual reason/cause to this other than assuming it to be an AMD driver bug/issue.
