Others have also reported rolling back their driver or updating to newer versions has helped/fixed the problem on their end too.
At the moment, since I have no AMD GPU to test with, I am unable to determine the actual reason/cause to this other than assuming it to be an AMD driver bug/issue.

This should be fixed now from recent updates to Ashita and Minimap.
