I keep getting this error and after 2 hours I have no idea how to fix it. Here is the full message I get

System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 9964 is not running.

This error is generally due to one of the following issues:

You are missing the requirements to run Ashita. https://docs.ashitaxi.com/requirements/
You are not running Ashita as an Administrator. (Right-click Ashita.exe > Run as Administrator)
You have an anti-virus program that is interfering with Ashita working properly.
Your game is not properly installed/updated.

When I check files, all 55k are checking okay. I am trying my windows is showing .net 4.0 installed but when I try to install 4.5 or 4.8 it says that it is updated already. I tried shutting off virus protection and still nothing. I have no idea what is going on. The retail POL works fine but the bootloader isn't
