Please help, not sure why im having this error. thank you.

This is generally due to not selecting the proper language for PlayOnline in your configuration you are trying to launch in Ashita. Choose the configuration and edit it via the pencil icon. Then change the POL language to the proper one for your installation.

I have double checked and i have english selected for ashita and play online as well. any other suggestions?

You will need to ensure that PlayOnline's registry paths exist then in your system registry. They should be found at:

32bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PlayOnlineUS

64bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PlayOnlineUS

PlayOnlineUS will either be:

Japanese: PlayOnline
English: PlayOnlineUS
European: PlayOnlineEU
Within this, there should be a subkey named 'InstallFolder'. Ashita uses the paths found within that subkey to determine where the game is installed to.

sorry to bother again, which all do I need to have in the InstallFolder? or which pathway do i need to give to Ashita?

If you have the European version of PlayOnline, you need to make sure that you set your Ashita config file to use the EU version.

You need to change PlayOnline's language from English to one of the European ones. Both use the same registry key so either should work.
