This is generally due to a few things:

Not running as administrator. (Right-click Ashita > Run as Administrator)
Missing requirements for Ashita. https://docs.ashitaxi.com/requirements/
Anti-virus is blocking Ashita from running properly.

Closing due to inactivity.
