Won't download anything...plug-ins, add-ons, updates #103

Whenever I try to get this program running by downloading an add-on or plug-in I get this:

I run as admin, shutdown my anti-virus and nothing helps. Any advice would be appreciated greatly as this program looks like it would be great for my ffxi gaming.

Rebooted the computer and everything is working fine now.
