Whenever I try to get this program running by downloading an add-on or plug-in I get this:

System.Net.WebException: An exception occurred during a WebClient request. ---> System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Ashita\updates\49.json' because it is being used by another process.

I run as admin, shutdown my anti-virus and nothing helps. Any advice would be appreciated greatly as this program looks like it would be great for my ffxi gaming.
